長沙市長沙縣黃花鎮(zhèn)污水處理廠工藝改進(jìn)設(shè)計(jì) 2021 屆畢業(yè)論文 (設(shè)計(jì)) 院 、 部 : 安全與環(huán)境工程學(xué)院 學(xué)生姓名: 張雄 指導(dǎo) 教師: 彭麗婧 職稱 : 講師 專 業(yè): 環(huán)境工程 班 級: 環(huán)本 1001 班 完成時(shí)間: 2021 年 5 月 摘 要 隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的高速發(fā)展,城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程的加快,城鎮(zhèn)在生產(chǎn)生活中產(chǎn)生的廢水和污水增加。長沙縣黃花鎮(zhèn)原有的污水處理廠 采用的生物轉(zhuǎn)盤工藝在處理過程中隨著污水量的增加,處理強(qiáng)度的增大而導(dǎo)致生物轉(zhuǎn)盤的盤片上生物膜脫落、排出水質(zhì)不達(dá)標(biāo) ,處理費(fèi)用增加 。為 滿足黃花鎮(zhèn)目前以及未來幾年的污水處理的需要 ,本設(shè)計(jì) 針 對長沙縣黃花鎮(zhèn)污水處理廠 原 工藝 進(jìn)行 改進(jìn), 原處理規(guī)模為 8200m3/d。進(jìn)水水質(zhì)為: BOD5 = 120 mg/L,CODcr = 180 mg/L, NH3N= 28 mg/L, SS = 150 mg/L, TP = mg/L。針對進(jìn)水水量和水質(zhì),采用具有良好脫氮除磷效果, 運(yùn)行處理簡單方便 的 卡魯塞爾氧化溝工藝, 其 出水水質(zhì)達(dá)國家污水綜合排放一級 B標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。 主要構(gòu)筑物的包括污水泵房、格柵、沉砂池、氧化溝、二沉池、污泥濃縮池等 。 關(guān)鍵詞 : 污水處理;卡魯塞爾氧化溝;脫氮除磷 ABSTRACT With the rapid development of economy, the process of urbanization is speeding up, urban wastewater and sewage which generated in the production and daily life are increasing. In HuangHua town of ChangSha County, the original wastewater treatment plant using biological rotating disc process in the process as the volume increases,with the intensity grows to Bio Biofilm leading to the turntable platter off, discharged water quality substandard, which increased the processing costs. In order to meet the needs of Sewage treatment in current as well as the future years in HuangHua town, according to the original process in Changsha County, HuangHua town sewage treatment plant this design is making the original size was 8200m3/d. Water quality: BOD5 = 120 mg/L,CODcr = 180 mg/L, NH3N= 28 mg/L,SS = 150 mg/L, TP = mg/L。 Accoding to influent amount and quality, we used the good effect of nitrogen and phosphorus removal, and we running simple carrousel oxidation ditch process, the effluent quality was up to the national level of integrated wastewater discharge standard b. The main structures including: sewage pumping stations, grills, grit, oxidation ditches, secondary settling tank, sludge thickening tank and so on.
