【正文】 關于房地產(chǎn)行業(yè)的發(fā)展 與國內(nèi)生產(chǎn)總值分析研究 2 摘要 當今房地產(chǎn) 在國民經(jīng)濟中始終 占有舉足輕重的地位它不僅影響人民的生活還帶動了其他產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展。 我國的房地產(chǎn)行業(yè) 在改革開放后飛速發(fā)展但在這個過程中也也暴露出一些問題需要發(fā)現(xiàn)解決。 房地產(chǎn) 在整 個國民經(jīng)濟中所占的份額，不僅能夠反映一個國家（或地區(qū)）的資本運作，而且能夠反映這個國家的經(jīng)濟發(fā)展狀況 。本論文將運用預測法，采用最小二乘法 和相關系數(shù)檢驗，對進行分析，從而更加深刻的理解房地產(chǎn)和那個也與 GDP 關系和影響以及其對的重大貢獻。 文章通過 2021 年房地產(chǎn)行業(yè)的投資和銷售情況和國內(nèi)生產(chǎn)總值的線性回歸分析和預測分析了房地產(chǎn)行業(yè)的現(xiàn)狀顯示出房地產(chǎn)行業(yè) 對國民經(jīng)濟的重要性同時 在高速發(fā)展中暴露出的一些問題。我國應該科學地有條理地發(fā)展房地產(chǎn)行業(yè) 。 關鍵字 ： 房地產(chǎn)行業(yè) ； 發(fā)展速度；增長量； 國內(nèi)生產(chǎn)總值 3 abstract The real estate plays an important role in the national economy. It not only affects people39。s life but also drives the development of other industries. China39。s real estate industry in the reform and opening up, but in the process also exposed some problems need to be found to solve. The share of real estate in the entire national economy, not only reflects the capital operation of a country (or region), but also reflects the economic development of the country. In this paper, we use the method of forecasting, the least square method and the correlation coefficient test, to carry on the analysis, and thus the more profound understanding of the real estate and the relationship with the GDP and its influence and its important contribution. 4 Through the analysis and forecast of the real estate industry39。s investment and sales in 2021, the paper shows the importance of the real estate industry to the national economy and some of the problems exposed in the highspeed development.
