【正文】 第 1 頁(yè) 設(shè)計(jì)總說明 預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土 雙 T 板 廣泛應(yīng)用于橋梁，近年來在國(guó)內(nèi)迅速的普及，合理地設(shè)計(jì)采用預(yù)制構(gòu)件的裝配式結(jié)構(gòu)，在工期、施工環(huán)境、質(zhì)量、成本等方面有很多優(yōu)越性 。 本設(shè)計(jì) 主要 介紹了年產(chǎn) 2 萬片 YTSa1831 型 和 萬片 YTSa2132型 預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土 雙 T 板的生產(chǎn)制造工藝。包括 預(yù)應(yīng)力 雙 T 板 生產(chǎn)所需原材料及原材料料倉(cāng)大小的確定， 配合比計(jì)算 ，混凝土攪拌設(shè)備和輸送 皮帶輸送機(jī)、鋼筋墩頭機(jī)等 設(shè)備的選型，鋼 材 加工設(shè)備的選型，成品堆場(chǎng)尺寸的計(jì)算， 最后根據(jù)設(shè)計(jì)依據(jù)、設(shè)計(jì)原則以及工藝要求， 確定出生產(chǎn)的工藝流程和各生產(chǎn)車間的工作制度 ， 進(jìn)行了車間工藝的布置，使其達(dá)到合理性。 關(guān)鍵詞 ： 預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土， 雙 T 板 ，工藝設(shè)計(jì) ，配合比設(shè)計(jì) 第 2 頁(yè) Design Description Prestressed concrete double T plate is widely used in bridge construction in recent years, the popularity of the domestic fast, reasonable design of the assembly structure of prefabricated ponents, there are many advantages in the construction period, construction environment, quality and cost.
