編號(hào): 畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)(論文) 說明 書 題 目: 切紙機(jī)壓紙機(jī)構(gòu)的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì) 學(xué) 院: 機(jī)電工程學(xué)院 專 業(yè): 機(jī)械電子工程 學(xué)生姓名 : 學(xué) 號(hào): 指 導(dǎo)教師單位: 機(jī)械電子系 姓 名 : 彭曉楠 職 稱: 副教授 題目類型 : ? 理論研究 ?實(shí)驗(yàn)研究 ?工程設(shè)計(jì) ?工程技術(shù)研究 ?軟件開 發(fā) 2021 年 05 月 20 日 摘 要 本次畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)的課題是壓紙機(jī)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)。在選定畢設(shè)課題后,我進(jìn)行了方案的擬定。初步擬定了兩個(gè)方案,其一是用絲杠傳遞壓力進(jìn)行 設(shè)計(jì)的壓紙機(jī)構(gòu),其二是采用連桿傳遞壓力而設(shè)計(jì)的壓紙機(jī)構(gòu)。但是本次設(shè)計(jì)要求壓紙的最大壓力為 35KN,所以采用絲杠傳遞動(dòng)力會(huì)使得整個(gè)機(jī)構(gòu)顯得很大,成本也會(huì)提高。最終確定了使用連桿傳遞壓力,而采用液壓系統(tǒng)提供動(dòng)力和壓紙的速度,這樣整個(gè)機(jī)構(gòu)就不會(huì)太大,成本大大降低,而且能夠高效的工作。 本次課題設(shè)計(jì)的壓紙機(jī)構(gòu)的工作原理是:通過電動(dòng)機(jī)帶動(dòng)液壓泵運(yùn)動(dòng),液壓泵在液壓系統(tǒng)中產(chǎn)生動(dòng)力通過液壓系統(tǒng)使液壓缸的液壓缸進(jìn)行伸縮運(yùn)動(dòng),液壓系統(tǒng)提供的運(yùn)動(dòng)和力通過連桿傳遞到壓紙部件,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)壓紙機(jī)構(gòu)壓紙和壓紙后的退回工作。而壓紙機(jī)構(gòu)的構(gòu)成 為:壓紙架,連接壓紙架與連桿的連接件,底板小底板,用于固定的各軸,滑塊以及把滑塊和連桿連接的軸及軸承,連桿能在滑塊中運(yùn)動(dòng)。本文中對(duì)于各結(jié)構(gòu)件進(jìn)行了結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)、尺寸設(shè)計(jì)和材料的選擇,完成尺寸和機(jī)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)后,對(duì)承受壓力較為敏感的零件進(jìn)行了校核,最終證明整個(gè)機(jī)構(gòu)符合強(qiáng)度和剛度要求,最后編制了重要零件的加工工藝。 最后是液壓系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì),根據(jù)要求對(duì)液壓系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)。選定各種液壓元件后繪制了液壓系統(tǒng)圖。然后就是對(duì)各種元件的校核,結(jié)果證明符合要求。這樣就完成了整個(gè)設(shè)計(jì)。 關(guān)鍵詞 :壓紙機(jī)構(gòu) ; 液壓系統(tǒng) ; 壓紙部件 ; 連桿 ; 連接件 Abstract The graduation project is the subject of the platen mechanism design.
