遼寧科 技大學(xué)成人教育學(xué)院畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)(論文) 第 I 頁(yè) 4900KN 冷剪機(jī)設(shè)計(jì) 遼寧科 技大學(xué)成人教育學(xué)院畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)(論文) 第 II 頁(yè) 摘 要 冷剪機(jī)是在冶金工業(yè)中經(jīng)常用來(lái)對(duì)軋件進(jìn)行切頭、切尾或者切定尺的機(jī)械設(shè)備。作為剪切機(jī)械中的一種,冷剪機(jī)在冶金、航空、國(guó)防工業(yè),以及印刷等輕工業(yè)均有廣泛的應(yīng)用。早期的冷剪機(jī)由于結(jié)構(gòu)比較笨重而且沒(méi)有快速換刀裝置,導(dǎo)致生產(chǎn)效率比較低,產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量也不高。為此,我們?cè)O(shè)計(jì)了結(jié)構(gòu)更為緊湊的曲柄連桿上切式斜刃剪切機(jī)。該剪切機(jī)主要包括剪切部分及傳動(dòng)部分。剪切部分采用上切式斜刃刀片的剪切方式,大大降低了剪切力。傳動(dòng)部分采用電機(jī)通過(guò)聯(lián)軸器帶動(dòng)減速器代替原來(lái)的帶傳動(dòng),避免了由于彈性滑動(dòng)帶 來(lái)的功率損失,采用圓盤(pán)式摩擦離合器控制減速器與開(kāi)式齒輪之間的離合,通過(guò)曲軸帶動(dòng)連桿的上下運(yùn)動(dòng)來(lái)完成剪切動(dòng)作。該機(jī)構(gòu)的特點(diǎn)在于用大齒輪代替飛輪,聯(lián)軸器傳動(dòng)代替帶傳動(dòng)。該剪切機(jī)的生產(chǎn)效率比較高且生產(chǎn)成本較低,適用于中小型棒材生產(chǎn)線或是無(wú)縫鋼管管坯的剪切。 關(guān)鍵詞 : 圓盤(pán)式摩擦離合器 , 曲柄連桿 , 斜刀刃 , 剪切機(jī) , 聯(lián)軸器傳動(dòng) The Design of 4900KN Cold Shear Abstract Cold shear machines are usually used to e to carry on the machine equipments that slices the head, slices the tail and to slice appointed dimension of the piece in the rolling 遼寧科 技大學(xué)成人教育學(xué)院畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)(論文) 第 III 頁(yè) metallurgy industry. This shear to slice the machine to mainly include to shear to slice the part and spread to move the part. Shear to slice the part adoption up the inclined blade razor blade of slice type shears to slice the way, lowering to shear to slice the dint consumedly. Spread to move the part adoption electrical engineering to arouse to decelerate the machine to replace through the adapter coupling to take to spread to move originally, avoid because of the power loss that the flexibility glide bring, adopt of a dish type friction clutch control deceleration machine and the open type wheel gear to leave to match, arouse to connect the top and bottom of the pole through the song stalk sport to plete to shear to slice the action. The characteristics of that anization lies in to replace the flywheel with the big wheel gear, the adapter coupling spreads to move to replace to take to spread to move. Should shear the production efficiency of slice the machine higher and the production cost is lower, being applicable to the medium small scaled and good material production line or no slot steel pipe billet to shear to slice.
