【正文】 摘要 隨著社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的飛速發(fā)展,城市建設(shè)規(guī)模的不斷擴(kuò)大,以及人們生活水平的不斷提高,對(duì)城市生活供暖的用戶數(shù)量和供暖質(zhì)量提出了越來越高的要求,因此對(duì)于供暖鍋爐系統(tǒng)也有了更高層次的要求,利用現(xiàn)代自動(dòng)控制技術(shù),通過變頻器和可編程控制器 PLC 的運(yùn)用,實(shí)現(xiàn)操作簡單、自動(dòng)化程度高、環(huán)境污染少、低能耗、供暖質(zhì)量高和日常維護(hù)費(fèi)用低的供暖變頻鍋爐系統(tǒng)。本設(shè)計(jì)利用現(xiàn)代變頻技術(shù)和 PLC 控制技術(shù)設(shè)計(jì)出了一套供暖鍋爐變頻控制系統(tǒng)。系統(tǒng)中共有 6 臺(tái)鍋爐,每臺(tái)鍋爐各分配 1 臺(tái)爐排、1 臺(tái)鼓風(fēng)機(jī)、 1 臺(tái)引風(fēng)機(jī),將 6 臺(tái)鍋爐分為兩組,其中 4 臺(tái)用于工礦企 業(yè)供暖任務(wù), 2臺(tái)用于居民日常供暖任務(wù),每臺(tái)爐排電機(jī)、引風(fēng)機(jī)、鼓風(fēng)機(jī)各配置 1 臺(tái)變頻器,每組鍋爐系統(tǒng)各分配 2 臺(tái)補(bǔ)水泵 。 4 臺(tái)鍋爐系統(tǒng)分配 4 臺(tái)循環(huán)泵, 2 臺(tái)鍋爐系統(tǒng)分配 2 臺(tái)循環(huán)泵,兩個(gè)循環(huán)泵系統(tǒng)均配置 2 臺(tái)變頻器 , 循環(huán)泵變頻控制采用“一拖四”和“一拖二”控制方式 。 關(guān)鍵詞 : 鍋爐 PLC 變頻器 電機(jī) Abstract With the rapid development of social economy, city construction scale continues to expand, and people39。s rising living standards, puts forward more and more high request to the city life heating user quantity and the heating quality, so the heating boiler system is also required higher level, the use of modern automatic control technology, the frequency converter and application of programmable logic controller PLC, realization of simple operation, high degree of automation, less environmental pollution, low energy consumption, high quality and daily maintenance of heating heating boiler system cost low frequency.
