Single factor experiments were implemented to investigate the effects of ethanol concentration, solidliquid ratio, ultrasonic working time, ultrasonic power, respectively, on the extraction rate of total Flavonoids from Caulis clematidis Aemandi. Othogonal test was used to optimize the results showed that: At room temperature,the optimal experiment conditions was the concentration of ethanol is 90%,the solidliquid ratio is 1:30 (g/mL),ultrasonic working time 8 min, ultrasonic power 200 W. The experiment was repeated three times under the optimal conditions ,average extraction rate was %.Comparing with traditional methods, this method significantly shortens the working time of ultrasonic, and improving the extraction study provides the experiment basis for mercial process.
