【正文】 III 摘 要 面對(duì)激烈的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng),制造業(yè)必須加速產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)進(jìn)程,縮短設(shè)計(jì)開(kāi)發(fā)周期。計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)和計(jì)算機(jī)圖形學(xué)的不斷發(fā)展,為人們提供了強(qiáng)有力的工具,三維 CAD/CAM/CAE 集成化軟件被廣泛應(yīng)用于制造業(yè)。與傳統(tǒng)的裝配設(shè)計(jì)相比,虛擬裝配技術(shù)能滿足并行工程的要求,實(shí)現(xiàn)產(chǎn)品可裝配的設(shè)計(jì),及時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)中的問(wèn)題,提高裝配質(zhì)量和裝配效果。 研究是在 UG 軟件設(shè)計(jì)平臺(tái)上完成風(fēng)扇的三維造型設(shè)計(jì)。 UG 軟件具有很強(qiáng)大的實(shí)體造型、曲面造型、虛擬產(chǎn)品裝配仿真、工程圖生成等功能。論文論述了風(fēng)扇虛擬設(shè)計(jì)中的關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié),即零部件建模、虛擬裝配、 動(dòng)態(tài)仿真設(shè)計(jì)等。并對(duì)產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)中的虛擬設(shè)計(jì)方法與傳統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)方法的差異、優(yōu)越性進(jìn)行了比對(duì)。通過(guò)可視化顯示裝配、干涉分析然后以求達(dá)到準(zhǔn)確運(yùn)動(dòng)仿真,使生產(chǎn)真正在高效、高質(zhì)量、低成本的環(huán)境下完成。 關(guān)鍵詞: 三維 造型 設(shè)計(jì);虛擬裝配;運(yùn)動(dòng)仿真 IV Abstract Facing with the petitive market, manufacturers need to accelerate product development process, shorten the product design and development cycle. The continuous development of puter technology and puter graphics provides powerful tools for people, threedimensional CAD/CAM/CAE integration software is widely used in manufacturing. Compared with the traditional assembly design, virtual assembly technology to meet the requirements of concurrent engineering, the design of their products can be equipped with timely detection of problems in product design, improve the assembly quality and assembly efficiency. This thesis based on UG product design platform for the fan pleted the threedimensional design. The shape structure of vertical electric fan is very plex, if using the traditional CAD drawing software to design will be very difficult, UG can easily solve this problem, the UG software has powerful functions of solid modeling, surface modeling, virtual assembly simulation, engineering drawing and others. This paper discussed the key link of fan that using reversal design progress from the physical to the mold in virtual design, as the part modeling, virtual assembly, dynamic simulation and the fan injection mold design. The paper also pared the advantages and differences between virtual for product design in the development of traditional design methods. Through the visual display assembly, interference analysis then to achieve accurate simulation campaign that produce real in high efficiency, high quality, short time, low cost environment.
