【正文】 河河 南南 理理 工工 大大 學(xué)學(xué) 《可編程 控制 器 原理及應(yīng)用》設(shè)計(jì) 報(bào)告 基于 PLC 的 物業(yè)供水系統(tǒng) 成 員 : 王彥凱 李 強(qiáng) 王翱翔 專(zhuān)業(yè)班級(jí): 電儀 093 班 指導(dǎo)老師: 杜靜靜 所在學(xué)院 : 電氣工程與自動(dòng)化學(xué)院 2020 年 6 月 14 日 摘 要 隨著我國(guó)社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,住房制度改革的不斷深入,人們生活水平的不斷提高,城市中各類(lèi)小區(qū)建設(shè)發(fā)展十分迅速,同時(shí)也對(duì)小區(qū)的基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)提出了更高的要求。小區(qū)供水系統(tǒng)的建設(shè)是其中的一個(gè)重要方面,供水的經(jīng)濟(jì)性、可靠性、穩(wěn)定性直接 影響到小區(qū)住戶(hù)的正常生活和工作,也直接體現(xiàn)了小區(qū)物業(yè)管理水平的高低。傳統(tǒng)供水方式普遍不同程度的存在效率低、可靠性差、自動(dòng)化程度不高等缺點(diǎn),難以滿(mǎn)足當(dāng) 前經(jīng)濟(jì)生活的需要。 本論文針對(duì)住宅小區(qū)的供水要求,設(shè)計(jì)了一套由 可編程 邏輯 控制器 PLC、四臺(tái)水泵、壓力傳感器等 主要設(shè)備構(gòu)成的全自動(dòng)供水系統(tǒng) ,系統(tǒng)分 為 手動(dòng) 模式 和自動(dòng) 模式。 自動(dòng) 模式, 首先由傳感器把信號(hào)傳給 PLC,再由 PLC 根據(jù)水壓的高低 ,分析控制四臺(tái)水泵的工作狀態(tài);手動(dòng) 模式下 ,可以通過(guò)各個(gè)水泵的啟動(dòng)停止按鈕獨(dú)立的工作。該系統(tǒng)還設(shè)有過(guò)載等保護(hù) 功能 。 該系統(tǒng)設(shè)有低壓報(bào)警和高 壓報(bào)警,如果系統(tǒng)經(jīng)常提醒水壓過(guò)低,那就提醒使用者需要增設(shè)水泵以保證供水的正常 ,如果系統(tǒng)提醒水壓偏高,使用者可手動(dòng)關(guān)掉所有水泵。 本設(shè)計(jì)是基于 PLC 的物業(yè)供水系統(tǒng),通過(guò)調(diào)試表明本系統(tǒng)能夠滿(mǎn)足設(shè)計(jì)要求并有很好的使用價(jià)值。 關(guān)鍵字 : PLC 物業(yè)供水系統(tǒng) Abstract With the development of China39。s socioeconomic, housing system reform is the deepening of the continuous improvement of people39。s living standard, various types of residential construction and development in the city very quickly, but also put forward higher requirements for the district39。s infrastructure.
